Something not quite right? Simply return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our premises so please ensure the packaging is secure. All items will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition may be returned to you. Please make sure you are happy with all items before removing any labels.
